So you’ve just had a hard evening working behind the sticks and 您’re thinking the same thing 您 always do after a hard weekend shift. If only everyone was up to the job as much as 您 are yeah. It would save a lot of time and effort on 您r part and create more time for having fun and living the life of a 酒吧tender. Well go grab 您rself a whisky, I’La着Laphroig,坐下来学习如何使别人变得更好。让’学习如何训练调酒师。

 

Now obviously to be able to do this 您 are going to need the skills 您rself. If 您 don’t feel up to speed 您rself then how can 您 teach others? If 您 are unsure then go back to 我的二十诫 and immerse 您rself in them every shift and it won’t take 您 long to move up that ladder and become an expert in 您r field.

 

  1. 分裂‘em up

This is what 您 do. You take the names of all those that fit into the ‘Average’ section and 您 work out the specific needs for that person. It is important to only 培养 one thing at a time. It can be broad or it can be specific but it needs to be one thing at a time. These small goals will help YOU feel as though 您 are really starting to make a dent into increasing the knowledge of 您r team.

But why am I 培养ing the 平均 people?

When 您 培养 the 平均 crowd it does three things.

的most effective way to 培养 is to have patience. There is no quickfire method that is guaranteed to work. 什么 is guaranteed though is that 您 get out of 培养ing what 您 put in. remember working smart is better than working hard.

If 您r 培养ee as completed it correctly that congratulations 您 can move on to the other things 您 need to 培养 them on or other people who need 您r help. You have successfully created a habit that will be very hard for them to break
